Guidelines for Authors

The International Journal of Research in Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics (IJRPMS) welcomes original, high-quality, and unpublished research from scholars, academicians, and professionals worldwide. Authors are requested to follow these guidelines to ensure academic quality, uniformity, and compliance with UGC CARE, Scopus, and other global indexing standards.

1. Types of Manuscripts

International Journal of Research in Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics (IJRPMS) accepts:
Original Research Articles – Theoretical or empirical studies advancing knowledge.
Review Papers – Critical analysis of existing literature.
Short Communications – Brief reports of innovative findings.
Case Studies / Book Reviews – Applied research insights or academic reviews.

2. Manuscript Submission

• Submit manuscripts electronically via the journal email or submission portal.
• Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx).
• Include a cover letter confirming originality and that the manuscript is not under review elsewhere.

3. Manuscript Structure

Title Page: Paper title, authors’ names, affiliations, email, ORCID (if available).
Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing purpose, methods, results, and conclusion.
Keywords: 4–6 relevant terms.
Introduction & Literature Review: Background, objectives, research gaps.
Methodology: Research design, data collection, and analysis.
Results & Discussion: Findings and interpretation.
Conclusion & Recommendations: Key insights and future directions.
References: Follow standard citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE).

4. Formatting Guidelines

Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5.
Paper Size: A4, margins 1 inch.
Tables & Figures: Numbered, titled, and cited.
Word Limit: Research Articles 4000–7000; Review Papers 5000–8000; Short Communications 2000–3000.

5. Ethical Considerations

• Manuscripts must be original and plagiarism-free (similarity index ≤10%).
• Unethical practices, data fabrication, or falsification are not allowed.
• Research involving humans or animals must include ethical approval.

6. Peer Review Process

• All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
• Reviewed for originality, clarity, methodology, and contribution.
• Final decision (accept, revise, or reject) rests with the editorial board.

7. Copyright & Licensing

• Authors retain copyright of their work.
IJRPMS may publish and distribute the work in open-access format.
• Proper citation is required if the article is reused elsewhere.

8. Author Responsibilities

• Authors must maintain academic integrity and authenticity.
• All co-authors must have contributed significantly.
• The corresponding author ensures approval of the final manuscript by all co-authors.
